literati bums

I would like to tag Jello, Mara, Easter, Angel and Aiken for a particular, ahem, project. Manila and Dumaguete both have LitCritters, two groups that bring together writer/friends/students to develop the craft of fiction writing. I think most of us are interested in writing and reading, sooooo, why not have this for the brilliant bums too?:)

Given our busy schedules, we can read two stories every week, and send in all comments through Yahoo Groups. In our respective blogs, we can post them as well. Then every month, we have to come up with an actual short story, the first one probably around 1,500 words. Harhar.

But basically, the goal is to read stories, feed our brains, and force us to keep writing (until someone gets published).

So, go fight win?

*****writing exercises ta every two weeks. 1st short story will be after two months.
